Jewellery Donation To Raise Funds For Horses, In Honour Of Susan Jamieson

In 2020, we were approached by a passionate horse lover and business owner, Susan Jamieson, with a beautiful vision. She wanted to create a bespoke jewellery collection to feature on her online platform that celebrated horses, all while supporting a cause close to her heart. The idea was to craft a range of exquisite pieces, made ethically and responsibly, with a portion of the proceeds going to a horse charity.

Susan's love of horses fuelled her on many of her life's missions; including many fundraising initiatives. Even during the height of the pandemic, she was on the airwaves, hosting a radio show dedicated to horses in need. Her passion was undeniable and advocating for these magnificent animals was certainly her life’s purpose.

Tragically, Susan passed very suddenly from cancer a few years ago, before we could bring her vision to life. It was a truly devastating loss, not only for her loved ones but for the horse community as well. However, one piece of the collection had already been crafted – a stunning 9k gold horse head ring, adorned with a cascade of diamonds. It was Susan’s favourite; a tangible representation of her dream that we made to bring the collection to life.

The beautiful ring is a simply sculpted horse head with a fountain of graduated diamonds set along the mane and tail. It is a fully bespoke, one-of-a-kind piece that was designed and made by hand from start to finish in Cornwall with a story which is very unique and heartwarming. It is a very special piece of jewellery indeed!

We hope it finds a new owner who appreciates its unique story and helps make a difference the horses being supported by Redwings.
